The staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was up high with a nice view of the city. Very spacious room with a big wardrobe, a small fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee provided. The bathroom was very nice, the shower pressure was a bit low but the hand shower had plenty of pressure. This is our second time staying in this hotel and would definitely come back again.

A clean, well maintained hotel. Rooms are clean well proportioned. Good shower. Location is about 1 mile from the Erasmus Bridge - easily accessible with the metro. Restaurant is European. Good food and good quality. Note if you pay with a card there will be a % added which is a bit annoying. Overall pleased with my stay.

Stayed for three nights, housekeeping was great, restaurant was not cheap but good quality, everything very clean, three great lifts, awesome art deco style. TV in room has BBC, ITV and Sky News for English speakers. Breakfast was €20 each and 'all you can eat' buffet style, but continental not cooked. Beds comfy, shower good. Ideal location, right next door to Maashaven Metro. Supermarket (Dirk) a few minutes walk away. I enjoyed our stay, thank you.
