Excellent. Every staff member interacted with was pleasant polite engaging and helpful. Perfect location walkable to everything we needed and they’d rented bikes to allow us to explore a little further afield. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again.

We stayed here two nights before a cruise. The room was clean and comfortable, checkin was amazingly simple, they have a great bar in the lobby, and the included breakfast was a great spread! Many food options are in walking distance as well as great sights.

Clean and comfortable hotel near the city center. Spacious room with nice bed. Lay out of the bathroom a bit unpractical. Toilet is placed in a way that you can easily bump your head on the sink. Other than that, great place to stay for a long weekend.

Super clean and tidy. Lovely bar area. Metro next to exit of hotel. Five minute walk to shops bars and resteraunts. Superb location. No need for taxi from airport. 33 Bus shuttle to Airport Metro station, then few stops to Eendratchsplein. When there take exit on far right and hotel is first building on the right.

Very friendly staff everywhere! Nice neighbourhood. A little surprised by the self-help check-in with first thing requested is full payment on arrival. Nice spacious room with beautiful garden view, but rather old equipment and carpet. Old single glass windows let through a lot of noise from a party across the building, and a concert close by in town, so earplugs mandatory. Great walk-in closet for clothing and suitcases, silent air conditioning works perfectly. Some visible dust here and there (TV) and lack of cleanliness (coffee tray). Nice bathroom, but a bit small for a 4-star, and noisy fan. We had breakfast in the bar with our dog. We really loved our stay overall, and thank you for accepting dogs!

This is the second time I've stayed at this property, and i enjoyed the stay just as much as the first stay. The staff were all so friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for them. I visited Rotterdam for the ASOT weekend festival. The hotel is less than a ten minute walk from Centraal Station, and within mins of great bars and shops. I'll be visiting again in 2026, and will definitely be booking a stay at the Bilderberg Park.

High standards but some rooms are old

Nice hotel. Great service. Only thing to complain about was the singlebed rooms, which didn’t meet the same high standards as the rest of the hotel and the service. Quite worn, cramped and dark rooms. Stayed there for 6 nights. Had to change rooms because the temperature regulation in the shower wasn’t functioning properly.
