I booked for 3 nights but could only make 2 of the them due to a change of plans. I accepted and understood that I would not get a refund for the night I couldn’t stay but was a little disappointed not to have been offered a complimentary breakfast. The hotel itself was fine for what we paid for it.

An ok hotel but in need of a refurbishment. Rooms more in 1980's era than 2020's. Room was clean and well priced plus had the bonus of free on-site parking. Restaurant meals were ok but not exceptional but were well priced. Overall a good value hotel close to the city.

Het is hier prima te verblijven. Kamer met twee losse bedden met koffie/thee. Wel geluiden van de straat. Het ontbijt was ook prima en netjes. Zijn maar 1 nachtje geweest. Midden in de nacht de auto nog prima parkeren. Tevreden met het verblijf.

Kamer was gereserveerd op 2e etage maar bij aankomst omgezet naar begane grond, goed restaurant beetje herrie met vele spaans talige werknemers van een firma die hier verblijf hadden hotel verblijf rustig 2x goed ontbijt zeer vriendelijk personeel

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was open from morning to evening for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a snack or a drink from the bar. There is easy, free parking behind the restaurant and hotel building, and a mall close by. My room was cleaned every day. It was in the back of the building and very quiet. I had a very pleasant stay.

Vi kom til et rom som stinket røyk på første dagen. Det var masse sand i hele sengen, tydelig at det ikke hadde vært ordentlig vasket. Sengene er greie, men vi prøvde å kun sove der og oppleve byen.

Overall a great stay.

The staff were all very helpful and polite. The rooms are very basic and old but we're clean. I went with my mum, her room and a refrigerator but my room didn't, my room had a hairdryer her room didn't. The TV is a good size but only had a few English channels. Tea and coffee making facilities but no decaf but excellent biscuits. We didn't have dinner in the restaurant but did have breakfast twice, it is a bit over priced and it was the same both days. The walk to the station was a 15 min walk. Train and Metro services were really good. You can buy a All day travel card from Rotterdam central information center for €9.50 for tram, metro and busses in Rotterdam only. We made good uses of these. Overall a great stay.

Ik hou niet van hotels, maar kon er na 40 jaar niet omheen, teveel overleden vrienden. Ik vond het kil en leeg, maar Rotterdam is geen dorp en het thuiskomen was heerlijk. Zorgen, omdat ik opeens weg was en direct hulp en gelijk hulp bij het uitladen van de scooter uit mijn nieuwe 50 jarige bus. Hans Dekker. PS Ik heb de stad weer eens gezien

Karig en oubollig

Gallerij kamer, dus niet zo veel privacy. Ene kant aan drukke weg andere kant aan woonwijk. Het rook er ook naar sigarettenrook terwijl je moest tekenen dat je niet op de kamer zal roken. Was vel goed verwarmd en ook al was het krap gebouwd ik had geen last van de buren. Maar uitstraling was een beetje bedroevend en ouderwets. Afwerking en onderhoud was ook niet 100%.
