I really enjoyed staying at Citizen M. The location is perfect and the bed is very comfortable. They also have bike rentals that helped me out while I was exploring Kinderdijk.

FOH staff was fantastic! Coffee was great! The hotel is beautiful and the location is very convenient for transportation and to explore around. The only issue was that during my 5-days stay, deep cleaning of the room was requested 2 times and it never happened. Disappointing since we ran out of basic items such as hand soap, toilet paper etc and all the hustle to be looking for someone to have all items and towels replaced, we removed our own garbage, etc.

This hotel has an excellent location and the staff are kind and helpful as possible, but the overall design, management and concepts are weird/non-functional and not sure I fully recommend staying here. You have to ask for house keeping, the room isn’t spacious, the sink is outside, there’s no kettle/coffee in the room and shower is a tiny cabin.

The hotel has an onsite parking (even though their website said otherwise). Nice and clean, but like other CitizenM hotel, the room is tiny and no fridge/kettle in the room.
