We had a great stay at Novotel Schiedam! The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, quiet, and perfect for a relaxing night. The location is convenient close to the highway, Rotterdam, and Vlaardingen, yet still peaceful and surrounded by greenery. Parking was easy, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

Terrible hotel. Not 4 stars or worth the price at all stay away! We booked a 3 person room and the duvets and pillows were dirty and unwashed, tables and kettle not clean at all we had to cover them with towels. Mentioned at reception and they said theyd change our room but instead came with extra bedding which was still dirty. The lady seemed like she didn’t want to help us so we didnt ask any further. We got a room at the end of the hall so a neighbour was playing loud music and smoking weed!! carpets dirty just was a horrible experience and i regret spending money here. shouldn’t be 4 stars at all worst hotel i have stayed at

The hotel is very nice for a stay. I was able to check in and take a nap in the middle of the day, after a long travel day. The room stayed quiet and sleeping was nice. The shower was great. No complaints.
