Very efficient staff, easy check in, comfortable, spacious room with lovely bathroom and comfortable mattresses. Especially loved the delicious European breakfast and 5 minutes to cruise port.

The hotel is great, clean and generally quiet. Good value for money. The location is nice, with some great dining and entertainment options within 5 minutes on foot and close to Witte de With and Oude- and Nieuwe Binnenweg. Great if you don't want the noise of the city center, but still have an urban experience. Check out the excellent bakery across the street, a real gem!

Very clean Hotel. Near the tram station. We also had free water always. I recommend coming here. Only problem is, there is no parking available in the property. Nearby parking garages cost about 30 euros a day.

Lovely stay

Friendly staff, easy check in and check out. Felt secure in this hotel, especially with the code access. Lockers to hold bags is a good touch. Only thing that I would’ve hoped for is a WC in the reception for those that haven’t checked in yet.
