"First time at Tru. It was really great. The basics in the room are the only ones I really needed. I liked that they had a Peloton bike, but I wish they would maintain it better. The gym was fine, overall. The elevator was a little dirty, so that needed some attention. There was also no bath gel in the shower, so that was a bummer. But bar soap was offered.The front staff was super helpful and courteous. Overall, I’d stay again."

"I’ve stayed here several times. The staff is wonderful. And I have always appreciated the included breakfast, it compares well to other hotels I’ve stayed at. However, on this stay it was severely lacking. I can not eat eggs, so I usually partake in the oatmeal, yogurt, and/or fruit. On this visit, there were none of those. Waffle batter and iron were also not available. I was left to choose some Cheerios and bacon (I also cannot eat white bread or plain bagels). And then had to buy breakfast...
