Treat yourself to an exceptional stay in this cosy flat, nestled on the ground floor of a secure residence just a stone's throw from Rouen University Hospital.

The accommodation has a fitted and equipped kitchen with worktop.

You can prepare your meals just like at home! You will find a refrigerator, microwave, oven, induction hob, kettle, dishwasher and Tassimo coffee machine.

In the three separate bedrooms, you will find double beds with bed linen for a comfortable night's sleep!

The bathrooms have a washbasin unit, shower and toilet.

A washing machine is also available in the flat. You will also find a vacuum cleaner and clothes horse.

The accommodation has fibre optic broadband and a television.

Bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation for your comfort.
There is no private parking available with the accommodation. However, you can park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation at the rates charged by the city. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation and respecting the premises and the neighbourhood. To this end, you will be asked to provide your bank details via a secure link in order to finalise your booking and obtain the access codes for the accommodation.

This accommodation enjoys a prime location in the heart of the city, ideal for lovers of cultural discoveries, history and urban walks. Nestled on the right bank of the Seine, this dynamic neighbourhood perfectly combines city life, historical heritage and easy access to transport.

Boulevard de Verdun is a major thoroughfare in Rouen, renowned for its proximity to the city's must-see attractions. Just steps away from the accommodation, you will find:
- Place du Boulingrin, known for its Art Deco covered market and lively market halls,
- the historic centre, less than a 10-minute walk away,
- Rouen Rive Droite SNCF train station, which provides easy access to Paris and Le Havre.
The neighbourhood is also well served by public transport (bus, metro-tram), making it easy to get around the Rouen metropolitan area without a car.

The GAMBETTA EFFIA car park is the closest parking facility. Street parking is subject to a charge.

The Teor bus routes can take you to various destinations in Rouen and the surrounding area.

## Notes

Arrivals are self-service for greater flexibility. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 11am at the latest.

Accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). All our guests receive household linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and one large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bags, bathroom bin bags, a sponge and washing-up liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshment, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. Upon confirmation of your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes from our selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

The Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, babysitting, gourmet boxes, tourist visit requests, event planning (marriage proposals, birthdays, themed rooms, etc.) and much more! When renting accommodation, it is important to follow a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Please treat the accommodation as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave the premises clean when you leave. Follow the instructions regarding timetables and use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. And if you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and any loss, theft or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
