The flat is designed to offer you every comfort during your stay. The four bedrooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with cosy beds for a good night's sleep after a day exploring the city, and a workspace for work.
For added convenience, the flat has two modern bathrooms, avoiding morning traffic jams, so you can freshen up and relax.
The well-equipped kitchen has all the essentials (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle) so you can prepare your meals just like at home. You'll also find all the utensils and crockery you need.
The lounge is the perfect place to relax after a busy day. Make yourself comfortable on the sofa and enjoy a relaxing evening watching TV or chatting to friends and family.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

Arrivals are autonomous for greater flexibility. They start at 4pm and depart no later than 11am.

In the house, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.
The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes, etc.) and much more!
