The flat is designed to offer you every comfort during your stay. The four bedrooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with cosy beds for a good night's sleep after a day exploring the city, and a workspace for work.

For added convenience, the flat has two modern bathrooms, avoiding morning traffic jams, so you can freshen up and relax.

The well-equipped kitchen has all the essentials (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle) so you can prepare your meals just like at home. You'll also find all the utensils and crockery you need.

The lounge is the perfect place to relax after a busy day. Make yourself comfortable on the sofa and enjoy a relaxing evening watching TV or chatting to friends and family.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

## Neighborhood

The neighbourhood around Boulevard de Verdun in Rouen is located in a dynamic and central area of the city, boasting a mix of historic charm and modern amenities.

Proximity to the city centre: This area is just a few minutes' walk from the historic heart of Rouen, with its famous pedestrian streets, half-timbered houses and iconic monuments such as Notre-Dame de Rouen cathedral and the Gros Horloge.
Transport: The district is well served by public transport, with bus routes providing quick links to other parts of Rouen and even to Rouen-Rive-Droite station, making it easy to travel by train.

2. Cultural and social life
Historical heritage: Rouen is renowned for its historical and architectural heritage. Nearby museums include the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Rouen, which houses a rich collection of paintings, sculptures and decorative arts. The Joan of Arc museum is also close by, offering an immersion in the history of this influential figure.

## Transit

Boulevard de Verdun in Rouen is well served by public transport, managed by the Astuce network. Here are the main options for getting around:

Gare-Rue Verte station: This is located not far from boulevard de Verdun. This metro line (Technopôle - Boulingrin) links various districts of Rouen and makes it easy to get to the city centre.

2. Bus
Several bus routes pass close to the boulevard de Verdun, serving different parts of the city:
Line T1: One of the most important lines in the network, connecting key areas of Rouen.
Line 8: Connects the Gare district with other areas of Rouen.
Line F1: A high-frequency line, ideal for fast journeys to central points.

## Notes

Arrivals are autonomous for greater flexibility. They start at 4pm and depart no later than 11am.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the house, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes, etc.) and much more! Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to look after the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave it clean when you leave. Respect the rules on opening hours and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (€250 deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 deducted from the deposit), that pets are forbidden (€50 deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
