"J'ai logé 4 nuits à la Grange aux Mille Feuilles pour une mission de travail à Castres, et je me sentais plutôt en vacances! Le cadre vert et calme était reposant en fin de journée. La chambre est grande et propre. La maison étant bien située, j'ai pu prendre la navette qui passe juste devant la maison pour aller à mes réunions, mais les restaurants et musées du centre ville étaient à quelques minutes à pied. "I found this to be a traditional Chambre d'Hôte, where you don't feel you are in a hotel but rather a guest in the house of the owners. My room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfasts were very good, and the hosts were welcoming. What more do you need? The house is about a 10-minute walk from Gaillac across the river. It is also a fairly short drive into Albi, which is a small city that is well worth exploring."

"No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries."
