Initially right after checking in there was some odor a, house is lot opened for a while. AC was irregular- cold in 1st level but feel hot upper levels. "Great place at an amazing price! Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and the hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking. The host left “just in case items” and a binder of things to do in the area which both were greatly appreciated. Host was nice. The house is older but updated. However, there are a couple areas that needed fixed but they didn’t hinder our stay in any way. I would definitely recommend this place to others. "
