"It was a quick stay. Everything was clean & comfy."

"The room we got, the outlet from the bathroom was not working. I called to have them come check/fix it. Two technicians were in my room for about an hour and was not able to fix it. It was such an inconvenience because me and my daughter were not able to blow dry nor curl our hair in the bathroom. Not to mention the time wasted for them being in the room."

"Great place to stay in Tahoe! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient parking. Right in the middle of town with lots of walking options for shopping, entertainment and outdoor activities. Would definitely stay here again!"

"When booking at Basecamp South, the stress is on camp. The facility enjoys a great location within easy walking distance of downtown, restaurants, etc. Rooms are basic. Few outlooks, which are mostly filled by room amenities. If you want to watch TV, make sure you bring your own streaming services. Parking is both limited and risky. Within the facility there is no where to turn around. Parking on the street is a better option if you can find a space."

"Loved the room and all of "extras". My only complaint was trying to make dinner reservations at the steak house. We made online reservations, then received a phone message wanting us to confirm the reservation but we weren't able to get ahold of anyone nor could the front desk help. Otherwise everything was fantastic!"
