Whether shopping in town, swimming in the Pedernales, driving through the countryside of hiking up Enchanted Rock, Barnside Hangout was perfect place to end our day. "I stayed four nights in the Casita. It’s just as described. For me, it’s all about, is it clean? The Casita was clean. Everything works in the unit. it’s a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and parking is handy. I wouldn’t have a problem staying there again."

"Great little lake house which was just perfect for my husband and I while we were visiting Austin. Although the lake was low, it was still beautiful and relaxing to sit on the front porch and watch the boats go by. The house had everything you would need including a comfortable bed! We plan to stay here again the next time we are in Austin."

"The pictures do not do this place justice. The coziest little tiny house perfect for a couple retreat with your spouse. The bed is so comfortable, the mini fridge is stocked with beverages and there is an assortment of snacks. The sweetest mason jar firefly lights to take home was just icing on the cake. Highly recommend staying here!!!"

"Had to reach out to manager on the day of our arrival as I had not received check in information. A quick response was provided. Upon arrival, we found the bathroom had not been fully cleaned with soap drips on shower floor and hair in sink. Only 2 stained bath towels and 1 washcloth were provided. Kim was quick to respond and make things right. The bathroom situation was made right the next morning and all was good."

"This two bedroom apartment was perfect for our weekend visit in Austin to see Trevor Noah. We didn't need a yard or a view, just a place to stay. The location was great - easy to get in and out, and we felt very safe. It did take us a little time to realize this unit is on the first/parking floor - it is the only one - all the other doors are to the garages. The apartment was very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much."
