"Hotel was easy to find in central Baden Baden just a few steps from Augustaplatz bus stop. Easy check-in, we were treated to a room upgrade which was a bonus. Rooms were simple but comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was included and was very lavish for such a small place, I would definitely stay again."

Most of all, I enjoyed the time that I had to meet with old friends from the past which was the purpose of my trip. I enjoyed the privacy I had at the hotel and the set up of my room. Loved the beautiful bath tub which I would soak in after long days exploring the city. "The room was very spacious and luxurious, could not fault anything except for the fact I booked a room with a street view. The street is a major access route into Baden Baden and noisy early in the morning and up until about 10.30pm. There are are other room options. The young man on the afternoon shift Pascale was very pleasant and helpful. "

"Very nice room and very comfortable bed. Service was good too. Our booking stated free parking included, however on arrival we were informed that it was subject to availability. Luckily we got a parking slot, but could have been a big hassle and disappointment otherwise after a very long trip. Should be clear upon booking. All in all, nice stay, would book again. "
