The building is over 500 years old, and nothing like I've ever seen before. "Con: Water is not drinkable. Many families with small children - this can be a con or pro depending. Pro: Staff are nice and the property is beautiful. The food is excellent. There is a decent gym and an adults only pool (although I am unclear on the cutoff for this pool - 13 years old?). Overall, nice property and I would stay again."
