"The hotel appeared to be very quiet when we stayed, I'm not sure of the reason for this but wonder if it is more of a business hotel rather that regular tourist hotel. the hotel is very well connected with lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Breakfast consisted of some crispy bacon, eggs, prepacked pastries, yogurt from a dispenser, a small selection of cereals and apples and oranges. We did find during our trip both of the Best Western hotels that we stayed at use disposable cutlery, plates and cups, this is presumably to save on labour costs, however the lack of recycling of these items was rather surprising, especially from a brand such as Best Western whom I think need to make improvments in this area."

"Rooms were clean. Front desk staff was great aside from the gentleman on the overnight shift who was a bit grouchy and didn’t want to give us any complimentary waters. Breakfast provided was great however the newer team member working was not very nice. It was not yet closing time and she didn’t want to replenish the pancake mix and even closed the facility 5 minutes early. I will say the Hispanic female team member who took care of the breakfast the other days during our stay was fantastic. Free onsite parking was a plus and proximity to Gillette Stadium was great as we were there for two days of concerts."
