"Good hotel, good location. Breakfast is good although same everyday but it’s free and tasty. Room was big good bathroom. Only problem they didnt have towels the day we arrived and had to wait to next day. "

"Not stating the truth on their booking site. Driver does not operate airport as mentioned. Nightshift receiption Guard leaves a late arrival exposed to dangers of the thiefs walking around. I had opened a criminal case and is awaiting this false pretences of services to be handles by a criminal court. Plus when l arrive on this booking "my booking was cancelles without any notice and again the same business and now other employes try to coverup the crime of the case l made and police said...

"Regular annual trip to Cape Town for rugby sevens great place to stay and staff great help there is a supermarket next door so very convenient place "

"The place is just too noisy, do not stay here if you want to get any sleep. When doors close it vibrates through the whole building plus the noise of people drunk leaving the bar and running through the corridors and stairs is too much."

"Really awesome little surf house and surf school in Hermanus . Sarah the owner really took care of all our needs and organised all our surfing lessons and a very special whale boat trip to see the southern wright whales. The surf house is just a short walk into the town centre along the beautifull ocean cliff path walk . Highly recommended and will back for sure some day !"

"We were met with the most uninterested woman in the reception. Felt like she didn’t care about anything. The room was very small, there was no fan, very tiny windows (felt a bit unsafe) and there was no shower as stated in the booking. The internet was not working during our stay, and there was no safety locker in our room, nor in reception. We were like the only people staying there.
