"Check-in process was difficult as reception closes at 6;30 pm. We were unaware of this and the instructions for accessing the property after that hour were not clearly indicated. We were able to reach the person in charge of reception by telephone and Vincent resolved the situation quickly. He also discussed ways of improving communication with us the following day. "Upon arrival I was greeted by the wonderful host who welcomed me into their establishment and ensured that I was comfortable and relaxed after my long journey. The room was exceptionally clean, tidy and very well appointed with an AMAZINGLY comfortable bed, generous storage, 100% blackout blinds and TV. "I messsged to say I would arrive in the early hours of the morning (twice) and did not hear anything back. When I arrived the 24/7 check in machine was turned off and I had to sleep in the car. I expect a full refund"

"This hotel is 2 kilometres outside the centre next to a motorway exit so a car is a big advantage but there is an occasional bus into town. There isn't much to do or see in Noyon but the hotel is economical for the area so you can get around from there."
