"Only 2 complaints My room was not cleaned after the first day. Was not a big deal though and I did not notify the front desk as I was fine until the next day. Also, when I drove back on the evening on the first night there were Budget vans parked everywhere and I could not park near my room. "

"Dans l’ensemble c’est ok. On constate que c’est un hôtel vieillot mais propre. Pour ma part, lit un peu trop ferme. Les serviettes de bains sont éliminées, ce qui mériterait d’être améliorée. Selon nous, le petit déjeuner n’est pas assez diversifié comparativement à un autre hôtel de Rouyn mais mieux qu’un autre. "
