Basic but good location

A no frills apartment - functional but i'd say basic in respect of beds, bedding, towels etc. no toiletries - kitchen stuff ok. however great location just along the street from all the bars and restaurants - a k mart shop underneath is useful. the bus stop to the airport or santa village is also very close which is handy as taxis are expensive. apartment was really warm so that was definite plus in the -5 weather. we didn't think it was clear where the actual apartment was - collected key from box but apartments if further down the road and the numbers are round the back. however someone was in the office so that helped us.

the location between key collection point and the apartment is not close (esp when snow is thick) wifi is weak and sometimes disconnect netflix is not working (as the TV cannot detect the wifi of the apartment) the sauna is also not working I try to email the apartment regarding the sauna but no one reply me.

Nice apartment

The apartment itself was nice but there was an unpleasant surprise that we found out the day that we arrived. The photos from the listing shows another apartments and no one told us that ours will be on a different location, quite far from the others and a lot more basic and simple than the advertised. Actually, we expected what we saw in listing, but got something different. Also, our booking was for apartment with sauna, there wasn't. Overall, the apartment was great, comfortable and warm, but these surprises wasn't nice.

Las instalaciones estaban bien y limpias, pero la comunicación con el gestor del apartamento muy mal. Nunca contestaba los emails con mis dudas y nadie cogia el telefono. Solo operan con las respuestas automatizadas y no hay un seguimiento. Luego, donde recoges las llaves no es la dirección del piso. En nuestro caso estava bastante lejos considerando el mal tiempo.

Bra beliggenhet i rolig strøk, fin leilighet med nødvendige fasiliteter. Har bodd flere ganger i leilighetene til Kotimailmaa. Etter 2 år med korona er det jo litt synd med dårlig renhold på badet, det trekker ned - støv, hår og rusk på gulvet der. Flekkete putetrekk på en av sengene, fant ikke ekstra trekk å bytte med. WiFi virket ikke, feil navn og passord på router. Ingen info om parkering.

Siivousta voi parantaa. Suihkuverho olisi tarpeellinen, vessa kuivattava suihkun jälkeen. Löylyhuoneen valo vilkkuu, vaikka ei ole päällä, kun peilivalo päällä? Kaikki tarvittava on hyvään lomaan.😊

Comfortable apartment for a family. Conveniently located. The only problem was that for the person sleeping in the living room there's a lot of light during the summer season (no black out curtains) . Everything else was perfect!

Vi kom til en leilighet vi måtte rengjøre, da oppvmaskin var full av skittent bestikk og tallerken I Garderobeskap sto en full plastpose med ølboxer. Vi måtte støvsuge balkong hvor det var sigarett aske og ølbox full av sneiper. Leiligheten i seg sjøl var grei .

Tulopäivänä avaimet sovitusti laatikosta. Parkkeeraus sovittu puhelun perusteella sisäpihalle. Rauhallinen, siisti taloyhtiö. Kauppa alakerrassa. Kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta ja helppo saapua autolla. Oiva paikka pitää tukikohtaa päiväretkillä ja käydä lepäämässä, saunoa ja valmistaa itse ruoat. Kaikki tarvittava löytyy asunnosta.
