Overall not a bad stay. We stayed 4 nights. The housekeeping could have been better and top up of tea/coffee/milk didnt happen. The family room had a great view of the river and lumberjack bridge. Location is great with lots of shops/cafes/restaurants nearby. Bus to Santa claus village leaves right outside. Lots of options for breakfast. Swimming pool is on the cold side when you first get in but you get used to it, maybe too cold for very small kids.

Das erste Zimmer war alt und nicht sauber. Wir haben dann ein renoviertes Zimmer bekommen. Das war besser aber ebenfalls nicht sauber. Die Toilette war nicht gespült. Der Flur wurde während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht gesaugt und war sehr schmutzig. Es gab keinen Schuhputzzeug und auch keine Maschine.

Very nice hotels with renovated rooms. Got a family room facing the lake in the second building above the Lapland Safari adventures shop. Elevator actually went straight into the Lapland Safari shop so I didn’t have to exit the building and wear tons of clothes in order to start my activities. The staff was super friendly and the hotel is close to the city center, shops and restaurants. The bus stop is right next to the building so if you didn’t want to use Uber, public transport was right there. I was traveling for work so needed a place that allowed me to work and have fun on my days off. The hotel was great for my 4night stay. Highly recommend for business or solo travelers like myself. Warm, renovated, cozy rooms with good WiFi and easy access to all Rovaniemi offers.

Hôtel très bien situé pour tout, notamment le départ des excursions. Le personnel est courtois et professionnel. Les services sont bien: piscine. Sauna. Salle de sport.
