"Everything was great overall. The room was clean, and since it’s low season, we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a larger room. The restaurant is excellent, and the breakfast was really good.
The only downside was that the water slide was closed, which made the kids quite disappointed.
There was also a small issue during check-in. The gentleman at reception came across as unfriendly at first, and the way he spoke to me felt a bit offensive. I didn’t make a big deal of it at the time since I was very tired and just wanted to settle in.
However, when he informed me that the supermarket was closed, I was quite surprised and a bit upset. I had messaged a week in advance to confirm it would be open on Easter Monday. If I had known it would be closed, I would have prepared better for the kids. When I mentioned this, I wasn’t asking for anything—just explaining the situation—but he initially didn’t believe me. I showed him the message, and he didn’t respond. When I asked for his name, he then offered to compensate us with breakfast.
