Fabulous Villa Koko on the outskirts of Rovinjsko Selo, a small town near Rovinj, is the ideal vacation home for up to 12 guests looking for pure relaxation and comfort. The villa has a spacious garden with a large private pool, 12 comfortable sun loungers and a covered dining area with a charcoal grill, ideal for al fresco dining on sunny days. The 600 m2 interior is divided over two floors and consists of a total of 6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. 5 bedrooms are located on the first floor and one on the upper floor. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area and the living room are located on the upper floor, which allows a wonderful view of the surroundings and the sea. Large glass surfaces provide natural light in the interior, which is simply but luxuriously furnished. For more relaxing moments, there is a large indoor jacuzzi and a sauna. For additional entertainment, the villa has an air-conditioned cinema room equipped with a large, spacious couch with reclining and seating areas. The 75-inch smart TV with high-quality picture and surround speakers enhances the realistic feel of each movie. Together with hot popcorn from the vending machine in the movie theater, entertainment is guaranteed! Villa Koko offers everything for a carefree vacation in the privacy of your own paradise, while all amenities such as restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The Lim Bay is only a short drive away, as is the romantic town of Rovinj and the surrounding beaches.
