Holiday Home Campo with pool

  • In the outskirts of famous romantic town Rovinj, in mids of a nature you will get this whole large property consisting of two houses with a private pool. One house has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a living room with kitchen, the other house has one bedroom, one bathroom and a living room with kitchen. Between the houses, there is a big swimming pool and a covered terrace with a fireplace for barbecue. All property is fenced and safe for children. Privacy is guaranteed. Pet friendly without extra charges. Upon arrival the guest has to pay 200 € damadge deposit, which will be returned on check out if there is no damadge on the proprety.

We spended 6 nights there.There was a couple of things it could be better.Wifi was not working at all in the smaller house and both houses needs a litlle renovation.if someone would do a little work on them it will be a beuatyfull place to stay,very quiet and very privat.Swimming pool was very nice clean and big.Garden is huge we had 2 small dogs and they loved it. Properyty is quit far from beaches and the road is very dusty but we did get use to it very quickly. In the end we did enjoy our stay ....

Wir hatten eine unglaublich schöne Zeit in den beiden Häusern. Es hat uns bisschen Schwierigkeiten gemacht das Haus erst zu finden, aber hat man den Weg einmal raus ist es ein Kinderspiel. Das Gelände ist ziemlich groß, man ist ungestört von Nachbarn und kann wunderbar tagsüber die Zeit am Pool und abends unter der Pergola verbringen. Die Zimmer sind, bis auf kleiner Dinge (man bräuchte größere Laken, und vier Leute müssen in den Wohnzimmern auf Schlafsofas nächtigen), sauber und bieten ausreichend Platz um sich mal zurück zuziehen. Wir würden definitiv wieder hinfahren.

Müllkippe für viel Geld

Beide Häuser sind dreckig,die Matratzen oder Couch auf denen man schläft, sind uralt.Unter der Couch steht der Dreck.Die Möbel sind kaputt ebenso sämtliche Fliegengitter. Auch draußen hat die Zeit ihre Spuren hinterlassen und es wurde schon lange nichts mehr Instant gehalten.Der Manager meldet sich einfach nicht mehr wenn es ihm Zuviel wird,aber das allerschlimmste ist der lange Irrweg zu dem Haus ohne „richtige“Straßen, die gesäumt von Dreck und Abfalltüten sind.Und unweit des Hauses ist dann auch eine wunderschöne Müllkippe.Sehr passend fanden wir. Morgens schnell mal Semmeln oder ähnliches holen ist Tabu. Für unsere Kleinkinder war das Grundstück eher gefährlich da überall kaputte Treppen, usw zu finden sind. sogar die Pooltrepoe hängt nur noch an einem halb eingedrehten Stück Schraube.Hygiene in den Häusern gleich null und auf dem Grundstück wurde ebenfalls schon lange nicht mehr gekehrt oder Ähnliches. Urlsubsfeeling ist bei uns leider nicht aufgekommen.

Einige Mängel aber sonst gut zum empfehlen

Die Lage und die Häuser sind gut, einiges ist renovierungsbedürftig. Matrazen gehören sich getauscht da sie ausgedient haben. Die Spielgeräte sind nicht zu empfehlen für die Kinder (Unfallgefahr) ansonsten kann man es sehr gemütlich haben , der Pool war sauber und wurde gereinigt. Die Agentur war sehr bemüht alles zu erledigen wenn man Probleme hatte. Bis auf diese Kleinigkeiten kann man es gut empfehlen .

Idealer Ort für Familienurlaub

Die beiden Ferienhäuser liegen abseits vom touristischen Trubel, umgeben von Makkia, Olivenhainen, Weinfeldern und Gemüseanbau. Das Leben der Kinder und Erwachsenen spielt sich vor allem am gepflegten Pool ab und in dem Außensitz mit großem Tisch und Grill. Das riesige Gelände um die Häuser gibt ein Gefühl großzügiger Freiheit. Nur der harte "Rasen" taugt leider nicht für allgemeine Freizeitspiele. Dafür spenden Feigenbäume, Quitten und Bambusgräser für angenehmen Schatten auf der Anlage. Die Innenausstettung beider Häuser ist ordentlich, und besonders zu erwähnen ist die anhaltend gute Wasserversorgung an allen Quellen. Weil sich aber der Aufenthalt im vorderen Außensitzbereich abspielt, muss die gesamte Küchentechnik im vorderen, kleineren Haus stattfinden. Bis auf den Kühlschrank wandert alles nach vorn, bei 10 befreundeten Personen. Über Feldwege findet man zurück nach Rovinj zum Einkauf, Strand und Freizeitbummel - eine phantastische Umgebung! Viel Freude beim Urlaub hier!
