A wonderful location downtown Rovinj. The hotel was unique in its ambiance and atmosphere overlooking the Adriatic. The staff were extremely helpful in helping us park and returning us to the hotel in a golf cart. All in all, an awesome experience.

The villa is located in the heart of the old town, the room was lovely, had a spacious bathroom and we had an awesome water view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival to Rovinj, we were unable to call due to no WiFi, so we walked to Villa Tuttorotto without luggage, The staff drove us by golf cart back to get our luggage, and also drove us back to our car upon checkout. Breakfast was great, on a patio overlooking the water, including fancy cappuccinos and eggs made to our specifications. We did have trouble finding the building initially as it is difficult to find street signs. But everything else was great, we would stay again!

Unique little place. Tucked away literally at the end of an alley. It's like staying in someone's home. It has what you need. It's convenient to old Town and the harbor as well as the artist row. Plentiful breakfast.there are a bunch of uneven stones all around the area but the villa has a golf cart to pick you and your luggage up. I wish venice had that! It makes it so easy to find and get there. It made not be the most beautiful or perfect place ever. What is spectacular, worthy of a rotz carlton is the customer service. I have had great service but this was beyond. I never can remember names but I think his was Domajoi? He was superb.

What an amazing place to stay in the heart of Rovinj. Olga and Dom were the friendliest, most gracious, and most hospitable hosts throughout our stay. The rooms and decor are absolutely perfect. We won’t stay anywhere else in Rovinj.

Perfect location, only a few steps from the action of the old town. The harbor less than a block away. Restaurants a few meters from the hotel. The staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to help and make your stay enjoyable. They pick us up by the bus station on arrival and took us to a car rental outside the city the day of departure. Breakfast was great sitting in a terrace overlooking the harbor. . Omelets and eggs made to order. Good selection of meats, cheeses and breads. Ill definitely will return to villa tuttoroto and my friends and family who want to visit Rovinj are already planning to stay here after seeing the pictures I took. By the way, it has an elevator, kind of rare in old town buildings. In my case it was. Very convenient because I was traveling with a sprain ankle. I want to thank all the staff for making our stay a wonderful experience.

The staff was wonderful and were always available if anything came up. The breakfast was very well done. A bottle of wine was included as part of my booking and I enjoyed a couple of glasses each night while sitting on the balcony. I would definitely recommend staying there.

This place is terrific! The staff is young, sharp, and well versed in hospitality. They are efficient in everything they do and they run a tight ship. They are so accommodating and helpful. We stayed in Room 30 and loved it! It also is air conditioned. Be aware you have to go up three flights of stairs, just in case your walking is compromised. You can eat breakfast on a little terrace outside overlooking the harbor. Lovely! They will meet you with a golf cart at your car to help you with your luggage. There is an elevator for your luggage so you don’t have to carry your bags up or down the stairs. They make it as easy as possible. If you are looking for a room in old Rovinj, we highly recommend this place!!

My family stayed in the apartment which is a short walk away from the hotel. Three bedrooms & air conditioning. It was nice to have a small kitchen to prepare breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Two bathrooms & a washing machine! Highly recommend! Perfect location - bakery right across the street.

Dom and his colleagues provided cheerful, excellent service. The hotel is in an historic building but overall is in great shape. Yes, you may need to climb some stairs, but the staff, charming accommodations and access out your door to the bustling, ancient city make it more than worthwhile.

This is my second year in a row staying here. The staff are terrific and very friendly. They are always happy to help with any questions. I was picked and dropped off at the ferry terminal by Dom in a golf cart. They have a beautiful breakfast each morning with an optional glass of champagne should you want one. Maya ( I hope I have her name right) was delightful and prepared a breakfast for me the night before I had to take an early ferry. Very thoughtful. The interior decor is lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest this as a place to come and stay and enjoy Rovinj. I don’t want to praise it too much because I want a room available when I come back again! It’s located in the bottom right of the photo I attached. It’s really a lovely place.

Staff was very accommodating and came looking for us 2x when our ferry from Venice was cancelled due to rough seas and we were transported by bus. Would have been tough to find this wonderful family operated hotel without them. They have a golf cart to get one from the port to their old city location. While very close, lots of twists and turns to get there.

Dom and the staff were very welcoming and helpful after a long travel day. They were able to accommodate us for one night on our way from Venice to Zagreb when other accommodations would not. They gave us an excellent dinner recommendation and were kind enough to take us to the rental car office. The Villa is well appointed and well taken care of. It has our highest recommendation and we hope to return one day and stay a bit long in Rovinj and surrounding area.

Located in the heart of Rovinj, with views of the water, this historic hotel was a delight! The staff was friendly and so attentive. Breakfast included a wonderful array of meats, cheeses, fruits and pastries, with coffee and eggs made to order. Our room and bathroom were spacious and well equipped. It felt like stepping back in time with all the necessary modern conveniences. If you are driving and parking your car, I recommend asking for the free shuttle. Cars aren’t allowed in the old town. But you will enjoy walking the cobblestone streets, tasting the food of Istria and exploring the many shops.
