"In town for my son’s baseball tournament. Hotel was clean, bed was comfy but at 5’5”, I found it somewhat difficult to get into such a tall bed. It was very comfortable, but I hated how awkward it was to literally climb into the bed. Only truly disappointing aspect though was no pool. It was a long, hot weekend and while us parents were wiped at the end of the day, the boys were looking for refreshing pool time, which meant more travel time for us to meet up at others who’s hotel did have the pool. "

"This lovely property is located on the 2nd floor of a vintage building. On entry there is a bathroom on the right and a huge closet on the left. The main room has high celings and huge windows with blackout curtains. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, diswasher, full size fridge and plenty of utensils, pots, pans and dishes.The bedroom has french doors separating it from the main room and plenty of in-room storage. Fun touches included s record player and album, several books and games, and a vintage fireplace. The bed was very comfortable and the small town environment allowed for a great night's sleep. Directly across the street is a bar with great food and a block away is a coffee shop/wine bar/antique store (yes, all of those in one space). There is a grocery store just a few blocks away as well. Street parking was always available in front of the building. The Amana Colonies are a 40 minute drive away and one of our favorite places to visit. We had a great time and will likely stay there again when we are in town."

"Lovely house, modern kitchen. Comfy living room & house was cooled down for us; 100 heat index. Great location for our family reunion at Fontana Park. Couple minor issues but we had quick responses to question. Would be a "5" but no railing on steep steps. Not handicap or disabled friendly. "
