"A Grand Hotel that has frayed a bit around the edges. Clean and well-appointed, and in a convenient location in downtown Natchez with a good view of the river. It does, however, need a bit of updating - no USB ports in the rooms, for example - and the entire facility could use a refresh. Restaurant serves breakfast only, but with an excellent selection. "Our room was dirty. There was visible mold on the bathroom walls and ceiling. The carpet and pull out couch were stained and dirty. My son slept on the pull out couch, so I requested extra bedding. The room phone did not work, so I went to the front desk three times over about four hours before receiving the bedding. The customer service was very poor.
