"Absolutely brilliant upmarket accommodation nestled in the craziness of the kaohsan area. Close to everything you could need to enjoy your time in the area with the comfiest bed Ive found in Thailand, unbelievable service including extra guest security "
"Liked everything.
Would be good to have sun block out blinds for room windows as day light in room as soon as sun comes up.But everything fine,Clean & good pool and gym."
"Nice boutique hotel. Cleaning could be a little more thorough. Our room was quite warm when we arrived but eventually cooled off. Very close to lots of shopping and food. Roof top pool could use some shade for lounging in such hot temperatures. Overall a nice stay. "
"Nice stay with our family. Right in the middle of a street market which was a bit overwhelming for our kids arriving in Thailand for the first time but if you love Thailand the location is great. Great view on the palace and what arun und what pho.
Ideally located at a boat stop which is a great ride to the Temples and the palace as well as to the next metro station. "
"I met the owner of the property, and I must say she is amazing, along with her staff! The owner was very accommodating to our needs. The room we stayed in was perfect, and we had a great night’s sleep without any issues. I highly recommend this property!"

"The property is huge and beautiful, in sync with the photos that the hotel has put up across internet. It was clean, and everything was nice. Recommended!"
"Great location around the corner from Khaosan Road, and quiet. Room was clean and tidy, 7 Eleven a couple of doors down. Short walk to the pier for the hop on hop off tourist boat, & an airport bus stop very near. Walkable down to the Royal Palace. Lovely rooftop pool, although the bar was not open when we were there.
Hotel aside, negotiate hard with the tuk tuk drivers hanging around outside (use Grab to get an idea of genuine rates) & learn from our mistake - be wary if they offer to take you on a tour. You will get taken to one lesser known temple then various retail outlets, & they will be quite insistent on you taking a boat road to a floating market as it won't be open tomorrow, the palace etc are supposedly closed until.....both a lie.
All in all very happy with our stay at this hotel and would stay again.
"
"Awesome location, extremely affordable and a great selection of rooms. Less than a 2-minute walk from Khaosan Road. Great little bar/restaurant inside the hotel as well. I was very pleased with this choice and would stay again for sure!"
"The atmosphere was excellent. Great accommodation in an area with lots of nice restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Amenities were great and the staff were so helpful. Went above and beyond to assist "
"Walking distance from the famed khaoson road. Motorcycle parking in front. Rooms were quiet and clean. No elevator if that’s an issue for you, fatty. And lots of art around."
