"Clean and comfortable room. The toilet for my room was down the corridor (shower was in the room) which I initially thought is a bit inconvenient, but it was for my use only and I never bumped into anyone in the corridor."

"Very central, east walking distance to Hall for Cornwall the Cathedral , shops and restaurants. .Extremely comfortable well cared for room, well decorated and spacious. We loved the extras such as home made cake on arrival, good quality coffee bags in the room and access to a complimentary coffee/chocolate machine during the day. There was a great choice of fruit for breakfast. "

"The kitchen needed a good scrub as there were spider webs around the stove . The guest information book needs updating as we couldn’t find the wifi code. The fireplace was out of order."

"Visited this venue several times before and always had excellent meals and service. Stayed overnight for the first time and would certainly do so again. Room spotless and very comfortable and excellent breakfast, and again staff superb. Thank you so much."
