A quick cart ride to the beach, provided by the staff, and you were snorkel in no time. They helped us rent a car which got delivered to the hotel and that made it really convenient for day trips around the island. The rooms are large clean and very comfortable with balconies looking out over the marina. I'd recommend staying here"

Cons: - Beach Service: The advertised full service is inaccurate. With only approximately 20 chairs near a construction zone, space is too limited. Furthermore, staff presence was minimal and requests went unfulfilled. - Front Desk Staff: We encountered significant issues with Sonali B., who was rude and dishonest, and Moesha V., who lacked basic communication skills and was unhelpful when we requested management. - Service Efficiency: We experienced consistent delays, such as 40-minute waits for breakfast and over an hour for room service, despite the hotel not being at full capacity. - Connectivity: Daily internet and TV outages made it difficult to manage work and travel arrangements. - Facility Design: The outdoor-only dining area is impractical during rain, as most seating becomes soaked and the roof leaks.
