"The perfect couples vacation! Thank you Hotel Indigo Turks & Caicos Grace Bay by IHG for such a wonderful stay at their beautiful new hotel on Grace Bay. Everyone treated us like part of the family, and they were all so warm and welcoming. Special Thank you to Benidie, Sonali, Laverne, Moesha, Julie (Miss Juju), Prakash, Maribel, Wadly (Prophet), and Chef Dennis and his entire team at Il Forno Restaurant (on-site) for being so accommodating. Everyone works so hard here, and it clearly shows. The restaurant on-site Il Forno is absolutely the best dining experience I've had on the island to date. The rooms are beautiful, and have everything you need to feel right at home on your vacation. The breakfast, lunch and dinner is absolutely delicious. Highly recommended you have your breakfast, lunch and dinner at this hotel. They have a gorgeous pool, about 3.5 feet deep. The main event is the beautiful beach. They have a golf cart to take you to the Grace Bay beach. 10/10 highly recommended you stay here. This is the perfect hotel for adult couples who want a quiet and relaxing vacation on Grace Bay beach. Thank you again to the Hotel Indigo staff for being so welcoming and accommodating, and making our stay so wonderful. We came as guests and left and friends & family. We can't wait to return soon!"

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Zenza Boutique Hotel. I’ve traveled extensively around the world, and I can honestly say this is one of the most generous and thoughtful hotels I’ve ever experienced—truly a 10/10. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the entire property is beautifully maintained. The room was extremely comfortable and spotless, and the suite we stayed in was spectacular—spacious, with two bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a lovely balcony. What really made the difference was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Jen at the lobby—she is such a kind and genuine person, always accommodating and ready to help with anything we needed. She truly made our stay even more special. The hotel goes above and beyond with thoughtful touches—there’s always fresh fruit and plenty of water available in the lobby, which we really appreciated. There is also ample parking, and we loved using the complimentary bicycles to explore the area. Although the hotel is not directly on the beach, it’s very easy to get there. You can walk, use the bikes, or take the golf cart, which makes it very convenient. The nearby beach is beautiful and definitely worth visiting. If there’s one thing I loved most about my trip to Turks and Caicos, it was this hotel"

"I think the only thing I'm sad about giving 5 stars is giving away a great secret. This resort is perfect for someone like me who does not want a big hotel but enjoys the convenience of one. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The design and amenities in our suite were absolutely amazing. I would live there if I could. The beach was right next to the reef, which was perfect for anyone who loves snorkeling. We also enjoyed the restaurants, as well as the taco place up the beach. We would not only recommend this to friends, but we will be back. No doubt."

"Again, exterior condition clean and well kept. Interior units old, we had multiple. No hot water in one, poor layout, shower-heads need replacing. No amenities to speak of."

"The beach was beautiful with amazing snorkeling right off the shore. We saw so many beautiful fish and a stingray! Our bungalow was perfect, clean and spacious. We requested a roll away bed and they delivered one right away. The washer/dryer combo was a great amenity. We loved being right next to the pool which was very clean and warm for a nice night time swim. The staff were so wonderful, especially the woman at the coffee bar in the lobby and Lovely at Pelago. The only negative (a very minor one) was that we requested an upgrade months prior to our arrival because it was listed as a perk for the higher Expedia status and it wasn't even considered once we arrived. Just keep that in mind if requested. That aside, we ended up really loving our bungalow and would go back in a second! "

"Spa and pools were nice. Each a different temperature. However, tiles need fixing or replacing including grout. Room not fully stocked with towels. Floor not mopped in a few days. Food was average except for one quiet restaurant which cooked food by our diet and awesome Chef came out to see if we liked everything twice. She was awesome. Head Chef was an incredible. You could meet and make dietary requests. Jerk chicken truck, beaches grounds awesome. I feel that it was lacking in value overall. "
