"It is a small property so not overwhelmed with people. The staff were amazing, probably the best part of our stay. We had red flag warnings the first 4 days of our stay, which limited our use of water toys. But they are available and easy to access right off the beach."

"I recently stayed at Zenza Hotel and had a positive experience overall. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, nicely designed, and extremely comfortable, with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a balcony overlooking Turtle Cove—definitely a highlight of the stay. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made a great impression. The main drawback is the location. It’s a bit removed from downtown and the main tourist areas, so we found ourselves needing taxis for most outings, which added up quickly. There’s no on-site food or alcohol service, which was disappointing—especially since it would have been nice to relax by the pool with a drink. The beach is about an 8-minute walk, though the hotel does offer golf cart transportation and bicycles, which helps. There are a couple of restaurants and a coffee shop nearby, but overall the area feels quiet and somewhat isolated—particularly when traveling with kids and wanting easy access to activities. That said, if you’re looking for a more remote, low-key, and relaxing experience, this hotel is a great option. Overall, it’s a very nice property with excellent rooms and great staff. Staying here made us realize we prefer being closer to a busier area, so I’m not sure we’d stay again, but I would still recommend it depending on what kind of trip you’re looking for."

"This place is really great. There's a complimentary beach shuttle that takes you to the beach and you can QR code your drink orders which they can deliver to you. Bike rentals (which are also complimentary) are also excellent. Staff will help you answer any questions you have about local places to visit. They will also book taxis for you if you request it. Place is very well kept and clean and can't stress enough how friendly the staff were. The only thing to note is that when you are coming back from the beach, if a shuttle isn't waiting nearby you will have to walk back (which isn't a long walk but after a long day of swimming it can feel tiring). You also need a cab or bike if you want to try local foods instead of just hotel food. For some reason the washrooms don't have vents so if you take a long hot shower and open your washroom door, the steam can set off the fire alarm which goes off for a few seconds, then stops, followed by staff coming by to check that everything is okay. Staff are super friendly so it is not too much of a hassle but it does stay on your mind if you take long showers."

"Our stay in Turks & Caicos was absolutely amazing! Pat and Minoo were truly 5-star hosts From the moment we booked, they went above and beyond to make our trip special. We were celebrating our friend’s 50th birthday , and they handled so much of the planning ahead of time...sharing great recommendations for caterers, excursions, events, and transportation. It made everything stress-free and memorable!The house was clean, cozy, and had more than enough space for our group of 6. We felt completely safe, and the location was perfect; just a short distance from the beach Pat and Minoo were always responsive and even offered to take us to the grocery store a few times, which we really appreciated I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Turks & Caicos! "We stayed here when we added 2 nights before our stay at Beaches where we were meeting our neighbors. Stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was perfect for what we needed. Accommodations were perfect. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. We happened to be there for Easter Sunday, and they had such a cute easter egg hunt, crafts, games and winners!! They even had a surprise visit by the Easter Bunny himself. I couldn't be happier with our experience. We rented snorkels for $5 and loved snorkeling at the reef. The pools were all awesome. Can't wait to return!"
