"This appears to be a timeshare. Exterior well kept. Interior aged and outdated. Very few people there. Limited things to do nearby. One of two units no hot water. Shower heads in both units needed to be replaced; caked with debris and water not coming out. No telling if they had ever been replaced "

"We went upscale on this vacation and went for a junior suite facing the beach was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The various restaurants provided a good variety on menu and cost. Yoga on the beach was so relaxing for mind and body."

"We couldn’t really see beach from our room because room was on the first floor. Breakfast was just OK. Quality coffee could be much better. There are not enough tables if you’re coming around 9am and you have to wait in the line. There is no hand shower. Check out time is on 11am and there is no changing room and shower available for customers. "

We also want to recognize Tim, Julia (convenience store), Niamh (lady from the UK who was our server during breakfast), and Patrick (reservations manager) for their excellent service. Pros: - Accommodations: The rooms and amenities were brand new and impeccably clean. - Location: The hotel is conveniently located near popular restaurants and the airport. - Dining: The food and drink quality was outstanding; a special thank you to the chef and pizza chef. Cons: - Beach Service: The advertised full service is inaccurate. With only approximately 20 chairs near a construction zone, space is too limited. Furthermore, staff presence was minimal and requests went unfulfilled. - Front Desk Staff: We encountered significant issues with Sonali B., who was rude and dishonest, and Moesha V., who lacked basic communication skills and was unhelpful when we requested management. - Service Efficiency: We experienced consistent delays, such as 40-minute waits for breakfast and over an hour for room service, despite the hotel not being at full capacity. - Connectivity: Daily internet and TV outages made it difficult to manage work and travel arrangements. - Facility Design: The outdoor-only dining area is impractical during rain, as most seating becomes soaked and the roof leaks. Additionally, the lack of indoor activities"

The villa was immaculately clean, had everything you will need for cooking, for the pool, heading out the beach, ample parking and very secure. We plan on revisiting and staying here again. "Just returned from our week long stay at Beaches TCI. We loved our time there, however just a couple of bumps to recognize. It room was beautiful but shower curtain smelt of mildew. Once we brought it to housekeeping attention it was replaced immediately. Resort it very large so took a bit to get acclimated. Was an effort for someone to actually give us a printed layout of the resort but someone did find one. We figured there would be more information on the resort and itineraries, shows. activities, food. etc but really had to search for information throughout resort. We did our homework online so wasn't as bad as it could have been if we hadn't. Staff was extremely pleasant. We were in French village so couldn't see beach from our room. Beautiful pool and garden view though. Bottles of wine in room didn't get replaced when empty. Needed to ask. Coffee want that great. One amazing cup of cafe latte at Cafe but all others were not very good. Mixed drinks seemed to be on the weak side. Very family oriented. Excellent programs for children and lots of families so if looking for adult resort comfort might want to choose adult only resort. Food was absolutely amazing!!! Every single party of it. Top notch cuisine!!"
