"It was a great place to stay, I wouldn't pay the extra for the welcome drink/breakfast. When we checked in there was no welcome drink. They had emailed me about check in and I emailed them back asking about the welcome drink and got no response. Just don't pay the extra, other than that it was a wonderful place to stay!"

We were celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary and the team surprised us with a beautiful plate of sweets, a m card, flowers, and rose petals on the bed. These are the details that transform a hotel stay into a memory for life. The service was extraordinary at every level — the doorman who welcomed us, the staff member who checked us into our room, and the concierge team were all warm, attentive, and genuinely gracious. The kind of people you want to take home with you. We used the spa, the café, Saigon Kitchen, and The Albion restaurant on the 23rd floor — all exceptional. The Albion alone is worth a special visit, with stunning skyline views and outstanding cuisine. This hotel has two great strengths: the building itself — the Art Déco Indochine design, the elegance, the details — and its people. Both are world class.
