Finished and furnished to a high standard throughout, the apartment sits on the top floor of a Georgian building, bathed in natural light from the large sash windows with views over Leamington Spa.

Luxuriously furnished the living space has dining for 5, a large sofa bed coffee table and reading lamp. There's also full access to an included Netflix subscription through the 43" smart TV, which also boasts FreeView channels and apps such as YouTube, BBC iPlayer,
All4 and the ITV Hub.

Both bedrooms are large and feature super king beds and the main bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom and shower.

Lovely apartment in a lovely location

We couldn’t fault the apartment and it’s amenities. It had everything we could possibly need and the check in/out process was very straightforward. Highly recommend!
