Great place to stay for our family

Property was spotless, secure, newly decorated and well presented. Good location, 5 mins walk to the centre of Leamington Spa. Bathrooms were lovely, bedding and towels and bedding were also changed once during our 6 night stay. The owner was really helpful and on standby to help or give advice. No parking on site but a local car park nearby across the park for £8 per day.
