"Booked a double queen wheel chair accessible room via Expedia. When I checked in the girl/woman informed me that all handicapped rooms were being remodeled. My son is a paraplegic and needs the larger bathroom. The girl/woman was rude, no customer service skills, no empathy and needs to be fired. ..."
