Whilst the address may exist (albeit with a different name - Worchester Villa rather than Village) be assured the lights will be out when you arrive, you will not receive a key code and your money will have been taken by some cold hearted, empty souled scoundrels. Do not book and, if you have the time and inclination, fight to contact the leadership of Hotels.com to tell them their complicit toleration of this kind of behaviour is making you think twice about where you look for accommodation. "Check in was smooth and easy. Charlie was very pleasant and helpful. The room was prepared well and clean and tidy. Hotel facilities were good. Restaurant food was nicely prepared and presented and was very tasty. The coffee machine (premier room) was a bit of a faff to use but when it was figured out, produced nice coffee. One comment we read said there was a £10 parking charge. This was not the case and parking was free for travellers, but you must register the vehicle at reception."
