"Location for area was good, parking good, unit very small and yard was run down. The mandate insurance for the stay is a joke. And for the VRBO people I got a nasty call from saying I didn’t pay for pet but I put it on when booking and never saw a fee for pets otherwise I would’ve never booked. Host did good with communication for arrival and access."

"This home is tucked in a quiet lake neighborhood near plenty of restaurants and stores. It was very clean and the king bed is comfortable. The photos do not do it justice. We loved walking to The Cup Diner for breakfast. The historic downtown area is quiet and has many shops and restaurants with cobblestone streets. We stayed here to visit my in-laws in Merritt Island and to explore the area to possibly move to Saint Cloud. The Coffee Hour is also a great place to grab a coffee and sit and talk. They have food & a wonderful atmosphere. My husband and I would definitely stay here again. "
