Nice studio apartment of 30m2 located in a residence facing the beach and in the heart of downtown Royan.
In this quiet residence the studio is located on the 1st floor.

Ideal couple or family with two children.

The apartment is fully equipped with:
bathroom with bath, separate wc and washing machine.

In the main room are:
Double sofa bed 140 * 200 with good mattress; double loft bed 140 * 200; Tv with tnt.
The kitchen is equipped with:

I specify that the apartment does not have the sea view; there is a small balcony.

A bicycle room is available on the ground floor.

You can do everything on foot, the beach, restaurants and shopping
The entertainment and all the shops are within 100 m.
A thalassotherapy is located in front of the apartment, the Palmyre Zoo 15mn, Cordouan lighthouse as well as all the pretty surrounding villages.
You can also find nearby all rentals of aquatic activities (jet ski, boat ...), bicycle rental, rosalies and many other activities.
