Royan-Pontaillac – House a 5-minute walk from the beach, with a patio and air conditioning

Welcome to our holiday home in Pontaillac, a bright, air-conditioned retreat designed for making the most of every moment with family or friends.

With its sunny terrace, warm summer evenings and mild autumn and spring days, and the beach just a 5-minute walk away, everything here invites you to slow down, relax and enjoy your stay.

The house comfortably accommodates a family with up to three children, or two couples with one child.

Completely renovated in 2026, the house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including reversible air conditioning for year-round comfort.

Just a 5-minute walk from the house, you’ll find plenty of activities around Pontaillac’s family-friendly beach: surfing, beach clubs for children, tennis, local markets, and beautiful bike rides along the coast to Saint-Palais-sur-Mer or even La Palmyre…

Here, holidays truly feel like summer. ☀️
