"Super charming house apartment in downtown Bryn Mawr. We are thrilled to have found this place. Loved walking down to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. We also cooked dinner and found the kitchen to have everything we needed. Very nice, charming, comfortable place. We will be back!"

"The kitchen is well-provisioned, with a drip coffee maker and a pod system. The host even supplied multiple coffee pods. The living/dining area has plenty of comfortable seating, and the large-screen TV and internet work just fine. There is a welcome binder that explains how to get to the clothes washer and dryer in the basement. Plenty of restaurant choices within 1 and 2 miles. I look forward to return!"

"This is a very old Victorian style house. It has noisy steam heat; barely working locks (some don't work at all), and sketchy electrical. We booked 2br/2ba, which got us the 2nd and 3rd floors (host lives on the 1st floor). Furnishings are old; kitchens are functional, but that's it. Water pressure was VERY low. The host is an extremely nice guy. He owns a small restaurant nearby that serves really delicious food and AWESOME shakes. The ad says that "off street parking is available". That's...

"The outside of the building is a bit shabby but the inside is beautifully renovated. We stayed in a king bed studio but there are 2 other two bedroom apartments for rent in the same building. Quiet street. Easy walk to restaurants on Main Street. Added feature is the deck which faces west over the river - beautiful sunsets."

"We stayed in this beautiful property while we were having work done on our home. Nina was a fantastic host! We couldn't have been made more welcome and the property itself was absolutely fantastic. "Stayed with wife and teen daughter. Plenty of space. Comfortable beds and couch. Low ceiling in third floor stairwell, so watch your head if you are over 6'. Dining room chairs are a bit tired and wobbly; kitchen sink drain has a very bad smell that should be dealt with. Otherwise lovely."
