"The room was clean, but the room overall had a bad smell when you walked in. The walls are extra thin. You can hear when people are talking or doing whatever they’re doing next door kept me up for four hours the one night that we stayed there. The beds are hard. "As a member of Hilton I am extremely disappointed in the experience I had at this hotel. From the initial interaction with the front desk agent with the entire morning staff, every staff member was rude and dismissive except for the Assistant GM and the lady that works the night shift. Upon arrival the first room we were given was not clean at all, there were nails on the dresser, hair all over the bathroom sink and the shower, bugs in the sink and on the walls, smelly hallways etc. and when asked for a room replacement we were met with attitude as if our request was an inconvenience. Along with these requests, we asked for a room clean service twice and did not receive it, which means for the entire duration of our stay our room was not cleaned or refreshed and our stay was a total of 3 nights. Overall, I would not recommend staying in this hotel. For reasons like not polite staffing, insufficient cleanliness, and the conditions of the hotel. "

"Really nice hotel, the whole first floor is the lobby with nice places to sit, work, relax with the view of the pool. Pool and water view were amazing. "

"This was a good place to stay. If you are looking for somewhere where theres everything close by... like restaurants, walmart,target and other stores... this is the place for you. And if you are a Dallas Cowboys fan , like i am. Its only 30 minutes from the star in Frisco and about 40 minutes from the stadium."
