Booking Requirements

All guests are required to fill out a renter's agreement, upload their ID to confirm the reservation, and pay a $250.00 refundable security deposit.
Verification Portal:
To keep everything secure and smooth, we might ask for a government-issued ID, a confirmation of your contact details, a matching credit card, and possibly a quick background check. Don’t worry—your information is only used for verification and isn’t stored.
By booking, you agree to our rental terms, provide the necessary documents before check-in, and understand that check-in details will be sent after we complete the verification.
We'll also place a temporary hold of $250.00 on your credit card as a security deposit. This hold is just a pre-authorization and will be released automatically within 2 days after check-out, as long as everything goes smoothly.

Check Out Instructions.

• Return Keys. No keys need to be returned.
• Please leave the garage door opener on the countertop. - Check for your valuables and chargers.
• Please leave all lights off.
• Throw Away Trash
• Place used dishes in the dishwasher. (No need to star it.)
• Lock Up. Please lock the back door.
• Please leave any used towels on the floor in the laundry room.
• Please leave any used beds unmade.

Additional Requests
