"Simon's place was perfect for our stay in Sydney. The location is fairly close to the airport so getting a ride to and from was a lot more affordable than we expected. The location itself is great, being only two streets away from a train station and having some shops and eateries nearby. Getting to and from the city was very easy either by train or by Uber. "The place was clean and had adequate beds and couches and tables and such but was hard to get into the parking spot and find the elevators when arriving and the separate lockbox spot from the parking garage was not ideal. It would be nice to have more than 1 key fob for the various family members coming and going. The dryer is super loud. The balcony was small and had a view of the street and storage facility across the street. It met our needs but did not wow us."

"In the studio's description there is no obvious mention of an AC system or the lack of it. The supplied Dyson cool / heat fan (filters needed cleaning) and a second classic floor fan made the heat in the room just bare able. Top dollars for a small studio on the secobd floor at the rear of the building."

"Upon entry the property didn’t even seem to have had been vacuumed. I was disappointed to find hair everywhere and had to clean myself before i felt comfortable. There being no air conditioning made the property uncomfortable to be in during december heat and the bedsheets were polyester and unbearable to sleep in again due to the heat.
