"We had a nice time at the Volcano Spa Hotel! The staff was great, very helpful and nice. It was super convenient to get into the city center, just a short walk to the bus. The hotel itself was well maintained, and the food at the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was delicious. I think our only complaints were that we did find a daddy long legs in our room the first night, and we weren’t able to adjust the AC, so it was too warm (for our tastes). But overall it was a good stay, and I would recommend it!"
