The signs were still present during our August 2026 stay, although this did not cause us any problems. Otherwise the room and the location were perfect for us."

The dispute concerning the use and alteration of common areas led to litigation between the homeowners’ association and the lodging/property operator, including court rulings in 2023 and 2024. The signs were still present during our August 2026 stay, although this did not cause us any problems. Otherwise the room and the location were perfect for us.

This was the first NH Collection hotel I have stayed in despite being a frequent traveler who has been to Spain a few times and I left very impressed. The hotel was clean and stylish, just below 5 star quality, with friendly staff and on site parking. Breakfast was delicious as well. The hotel is located in a remade palace but the rooms are very modern. The breakfast room is located in the cloister of an old church that has been transformed.

Amazing stay here! Seriously zero complaints. Two minute walk to the Cathedral which was perfect, and tons of restaurants just five minutes walking from the hotel. Rooms were nice and clean, hotel has an upscale feel, overall great stay. Piece of advice - parking at the hotel is pretty expensive, I think 20 euro per night or something like that, so we found parking on the street about a five minute walk away. Worth it
