There is still some construction going on next door but we got used to it and it really didn’t bother us at all. The wifi was strong enough to support zoom calls with multiple participants. "Everything was great about the apt except the twin beds in the smaller bedroom. One of them was lumpy and uncomfortable- maybe ok for a kid but not great for an adult.
