"I have stay at Nena Apartments several times and it’s always smooth and clean. The location is great for walking to restaurants and bars in Kreuzberg, but it’s just off the main roads and it’s back from the street so it stays quiet. I’m sure I’ll be back again. "

"Nothing fancy but just perfect for our stay"

"The single duvet for a king bed was terrible. The door wouldn’t open from the app, and despite calling support during my five-day stay, they couldn’t resolve the issue. I had to call my neighbours at midnight to open the door for me. It was a really disappointing experience, and the support staff didn’t even pick up the phone. "

"For the purpose of my trip to Berlin the apartment fitted perfectly. I needed a place on that area and I wasn’t going to stay at home or cook there. It was practical, the check in was easy and the apartment had all the appliances we needed. The lack of a couch and the tiny bathroom were the downside of the apartment. It’s a bit dark and we need to do a deposit before the arrival. But the communication with the owner was very easy and fluid."
