Only challenge was the check-in process is really complex and required 3 separate payments (security deposit, cleaning fee, local taxes) before getting the final access details. Several days of back and forth messaging were needed leading up to the stay. Wouldn't be possible if you weren't constantly connected before arriving. "

The property manager argued with me briefly but ultimately did let me break our reservation with a 100% refund. I would not suggest this location during the summer, we came during a heat wave and there was no AC and some of the fans in the residence did not work"
