"I can't believe this is a Super 8. I use to think they were like the rundown Motel 6's, but this one is top notch with swimming pool and hot tub, comfortable beds, a really good breakfast where they had foods like omelets, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, juice, milk, coffee, fruit. We came on Memorial Day weekend and they decorated the breakfast area too. The parking was nearby, the staff was super friendly, the rate was affordable given the area. They were even able to give a 1st floor room near the a door that exits out the building so that my elderly parents didn't have to walk far or up any stairs. I really appreciated this. There are also some restaurants across the street and next door (sit down and fast food). I would easily recommend this place and if I come back I'm staying here again."

"The staff is top notch! Room 501 was an absolute treat, the view was fabulous! The breeze would flow through the room in the evening, and the sound of the horses clopping down the street was so soothing. A wonderful experience!!!"

"My first time on Mackinac Island and the staff here were so helpful and efficient. The 4th floor room in the dormered part of the building was big enough for one person. I appreciated that there was still a small table and chairs in the room. I misplaced my credit card in the hotel restaurant, and both the front desk staff and the restaurant staff were very helpful in assisting me with locating it. The hotel was beautiful. Right off the downtown shopping area. "
