"The apartment is good for a short stay in Paris. It is near the central Paris sites and well-connected to the Metro. The size is adequate for 2 people. The only down side is that there isn't much natural light or any view, as it's located within the central courtyard on the building's ground floor. There were some minor maintenance issues (burnt-out lights, shower head that sprayed all over), but we appreciated the washer/dryer in the unit. "

"It a great location but the apartment was not at all comfortable. We visited in July and Paris was warm. The bedroom/bathroom is in the basement with no windows or ventilation, only a dehumidifier. "We were 3 couples visiting Paris for almost a week. This apartment was perfect for us. We expected to lounge around some of the time, and the spacious living room was great for that. The place was clean, beds were comfortable. A great location near lots of restaurants and pastry shops. Grocery store next door, and metro entrance just a few steps away. "

"This was a great place to stay with kids. Probably not as good for toddlers. But my pre-K/school aged kids loved the available toys and bunk bed. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were clean and comfy. It was an easy walk to the metro and to many grocery stores. I would absolutely stay again."

"Honestly - I reserved this hotel based on other's review - the experience was exactly that and more. Christopher, the front Desk girl, and Suresh were all lovely. The decorum had its own personality, unlike commercial hotels - so kept it interesting. The room and hotel space around was immaculate and clean. I couldnt believe how so much detail was put into the room's amenities to ensure we were comfortable - that too at such an affordable rate and ideal location. The shopping strip and access to other arrondissament was convenient to get to. No matter what the request was - they were genuine and accomodating. Also - if you do end up adding the breakfast - there was really lots of variety and delish food. Would definitely come back."
