"Overall very good although the breakfast was a little disappointing. Our room was lovely and very comfortable and the overall decor of the lodge was excellent. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. We shall be visiting again. "

"We spent 2 nights here with our daughter and 2 grandchildren. The cottage was well equipped for all of us and beautifully furnished. The location was great being only a few minutes drive from Sherwood forest and all the visitor attractions. Would recommend."

"Property really well fitted out, warm and comfortable. Only issues were:Bed in main bedroom - way too soft. I like a firm mattress but even medium is ok. But this sunk a foot as soon as you sat on it.Outside lighting - fell over the slight step in the back yard about 3 times before I made sure to use a torch."
